About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented IT Risk & Process Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic delivery governance team. In this role, you will champion Software Development Methodology (SDM) compliance, drive process assurance reviews, and partner closely with cross-functional technical teams to uphold high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end SDM compliance and process assurance reviews for assigned technology projects.
• Ensure timely execution of quality reviews and delivery of precise audit reports within tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the Process Assurance Team Lead to drive process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Design and maintain recurring review dashboards and reports for key stakeholders and management.
• Provide vital audit support for internal and external regulatory/system reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to embed best practices and SDM compliance.
• Ideate and execute engaging initiatives to boost SDM process awareness and adoption across teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and refine ongoing SDM framework enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or Process Assurance, ideally with a foundation in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong working knowledge of SDLC, SDM methodologies, and IT governance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate tight delivery timelines.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
