Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

2. Identify new business opportunities and proactively acquire new customers to expand the company’s freight forwarding portfolio.

3. Understand clients’ logistics and supply chain requirements and provide tailored freight forwarding solutions, including air freight, ocean freight, road transportation and customs clearance.

4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to quotation, negotiation, contract closure and account development.

5. Prepare and present competitive pricing proposals, quotations and service agreements to clients.

6. Monitor shipment performance and coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

7. Resolve customer enquiries, operational issues and service-related complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.

9. Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth and key account development objectives.

10. Prepare regular sales pipelines, business forecasts and account performance reports for management.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain sales.

3. Proven track record in business development, key account management and achieving sales targets within the freight forwarding industry.

4. Good understanding of international freight forwarding operations, including air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance and transportation solutions.

5. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
