Full Time IT Asset Management Specialist Jobs, in Maltem Asia-Pacific - Maukerja

Maltem Asia is currently seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist for our client in the Education domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment.
• Register and classify IT assets and configuration items in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Generate and apply asset identification labels and barcodes.
• Record asset ownership, custodianship, location, status, warranty and maintenance details.
• Update asset records following device allocation, relocation, replacement, repair or retirement.
• Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare asset inventory reports and track outstanding corrective actions.
• Coordinate device issuance, returns, replacement and disposal activities.
• Maintain accurate relationships between assets and associated configuration items.
• Work with IT support teams to ensure asset records remain current.

Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience in IT asset management.
• Experience maintaining IT inventories, asset registers or CMDB records.
• Familiarity with desktops, laptops, printers and other end-user computing devices.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
• Experience using spreadsheets, asset management systems or ITSM tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
