We are looking a dynamic and energetic individual who is able to handle all recruitment talent sourcing, follow up and onboarding aspects.

Responsibilities

• Enable to achieve company’s set target growth every year

• Play a key role in assisting director in the selection and onboarding process

• Take ownership in driving end-to end recruitment process

• Identify, engage and attract suitable candidates to build a strong database of candidate’s network

• Track performance and create more pipelines for director.

Requirements

• Have at least 1- 2 years of recruitment experience

• Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity to experiment and learn new things

• Well organised and have the ability to work in fast paced working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
