About the role

Aircond Network Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in Singapore's HVAC industry. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering HVAC solutions across commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial building sector
• Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions
• Review clients' requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop competitive solutions
• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling maintenance and project services
• Participate in tender preparation and submission activities
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 0-2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in dealing with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Results-oriented with good commercial awareness
• Able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in ChatGPT/ equivalent
• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage
