Air conditioning and wiring knowledge.

Diploma/ Cirt in Mechanical/Electrical/E&E/Mechatronic

Able to travel outstation when necessary.

• Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, INSPECTION, TESTING & SERVICING

• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and adhered to.

• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

• Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.

• Update & reports site progress

• Basic salary: + Car/motor Maintenance & petrol allowance + phone allowance + Toll allowance.
