Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

Required Skills: Strong knowledge on documentation such as preparing various project related documents such as User Requirement Document and others.

Key Quality(s): Able to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills with a continuous learning mindset.

Desired experience/exposure: Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation and/with nor prior working experience.

Location: Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya site.

Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Manage project files and ensure proper storage and retrieval.

Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project deliverables.

Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external parties.

Provide administrative support for stakeholder meetings and events.

Assisted in preparing test scripts (UT, SIT, UATW, UAT), test data, and supported system testing activities to ensure comprehensive validation of system functionality.

Assist to prepare training materials, manuals, and quick reference guides.
