We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture, technical delivery, and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on software development expertise, proven people leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategies and design scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
• Lead solution design and implementation across applications, APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, and AI-enabled systems.
• Provide technical leadership across software engineering, leveraging strong Python and JavaScript expertise.
• Drive the deployment and scaling of AI solutions from proof of concept to production.
• Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise technology.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership and people management role.
• Strong hands-on development background in Python and JavaScript.
• Proven experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Background in aviation, airlines, airports, transportation, logistics, or large-scale customer service operations.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.
• Experience building and operating mission-critical, high-volume digital platforms.
