• Ability to plan, organize, lead the Sales team and all sales activities within the Company.

• Develop, manage Sales strategies and planning in indentify customers (Marketing

items related to Dairy products & Cheese Products).

• Establish and maintain relations with existing key accounts customers and develop sales

strategies to develop new customer accounts.

• Execute approved action plans, sales budget and strategies towards achieving sales targets.

• Provide and maintain excellent accounts service and customer relationship management.

• Oversee and evaluates market research of competitor products, market and sales trend then

develop an effective marketing strategy.

• Provide monthly sales performance and competitor activities reports to department head.

• Provide sales forecasts on the monthly basis for effective stock management and company sales growth.

• Perform related job responsibilities delegated by management as necessary in relation to the business

operation to maintain a smooth and productive operation.
