Job Details

• Location: Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Open Positions: Junior & Senior Level
• Salary: RM2,500 - RM5,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do:

• Advise customers on technical solutions, trends and best practices
• Run assessments, capacity planning and Proof of Concepts
• Prepare technical proposals, SOWs and solution presentations
• Lead technical delivery include deploy, test, troubleshoot and maintain
• Document projects and share your know-how with the team
• Spot new leads and help grow customer accounts

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years in system, network or security roles (presales experience is a plus)
• Hands-on skills in networking, security and server/virtualisation
• Willing to travel to customer sites when needed

Bonus Points

• CCNA / CCNP, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto or similar certifications
• Experience with tender and government procurement (eP) processes
