Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Familiar with warehouse procedures, stock control, and inventory systems.

Able to operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock control.

Monitor warehouse staff performance and assign daily tasks.

Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, production and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and documented.

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.

Handle issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

Prepare warehouse reports and update management on operational performance.
