Full Time Infrastructure Engineer L2 Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in CLL Systems Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma/Degree or other equivalent in Computer Science or related field

At least 3–5 years of support experience

At least 2 years of working experience in Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure

Strong interest in working in information technology environments

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between technical and business teams

Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders, both in written and verbal forms

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Works effectively both as a team member and independently

Experience with Cisco network devices (switches, routers)

Preferably able to speak and write in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia — Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Provide L2 support for Windows servers and database environments, ensuring high availability and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management related topics

Support release activities together with stakeholders

Collaborate with the relevant support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues and efficient escalation processes

Respond to customers' concerns and complaints in an adequate manner

Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing

Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution

Work to comply with SLA and OLA

Responsible for POC preparation, installation, and testing

Responsible for UAT, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance
