Medical Claims Executive

Assess and process local and overseas medical claims according to policy terms and conditions.

Review pre-authorisation and Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests.

Liaise with policyholders, healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve claims queries.

Handle claim payments, refunds, billing discrepancies and outstanding receivables.

Prepare claim settlement letters, reports and supporting documentation.

Investigate claim discrepancies and flag potential fraud for further review.

Support claims system testing and process improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.
