Retail Assistant Up to $3,000 + Commission ION Orchard – JT8

Job Summary
Team Member: $2,200–$2,800/month + commission
Senior Team Member: $2,800–$3,000/month + commission
Location: ION Orchard
Full-Time, Permanent
5-day workweek, 44 hours/week
Rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Target Start Date: 15 December 2026
Approximately 16 vacancies available


Job Description
• Deliver personalised customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Recommend suitable products, fits and styling options based on customers’ needs
• Introduce product features and assist customers with purchasing decisions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment, merchandising and daily store operations
• Senior Team Members will guide junior staff and support sales floor coordination

Requirements
• Previous retail, sales, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred for Team Members
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience for Senior Team Members, preferably in fashion or premium retail
• Strong communication, customer service and selling skills
• Passionate about fashion and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, customer-focused and willing to learn
• Able to work rotating retail shifts, weekends and public holidays
