Responsibilities
What you will expect:
Mise en place
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of various dishes
Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries/desserts
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes under the guidance of the team, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety standards.
Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure it meets the restaurant's standards.
Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Physically fit to stand for long hours
Positive attitude
5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends and PH
Time: Between 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm (Split Shift) - 44 Hours/Week
Work Location: 8 Club Street, #01-04, Singapore 069472
