Our four corporate owned clubs are growing their group exercise programme, and we are looking for an instructor who can bring great energy, keep members coming back, and help build a buzzing class culture across all four locations.

About The Role

We are hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to lead HIIT, Hyrox, Kettlebell, and Boxing classes across our four corporate clubs. You will plan and deliver engaging sessions, motivate members of all fitness levels, and represent the Snap Fitness brand on the floor. This is a part time, hourly role with a guaranteed minimum schedule and strong earning potential for the right person.

What You Will Do

• Lead a minimum of 8 group classes per week across our four corporate clubs
• Deliver HIIT, Hyrox, Kettlebell, and Boxing sessions that are safe, inclusive, and high energy for members of mixed abilities
• Build rapport with members to drive attendance and retention
• Set up and pack down class equipment, and keep the studio space clean and safe
• Represent Snap Fitness with professionalism, punctuality, and positive energy

What We Are Looking For

• Experience teaching group fitness classes, ideally across HIIT, Hyrox, Kettlebell, or Boxing formats
• A recognised group exercise or personal training certification is strongly preferred
• Confident, motivating presence with excellent communication skills
• Reliable availability to cover classes across all four club locations
• Valid first aid and CPR certification is an advantage
• A genuine passion for fitness and member experience
