ITCAN IS HIRING: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

Location: Midvalley KL

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Phycology, human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related function.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee conduct.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of employee relations cases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
