Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Company’s policies and accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Accounts Payable: Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner with verified all supporting documents and authorized approval from other department. Reconciliation with suppliers.

General Ledger: Responsible of sundry payable and receivable, Fixed Assets, cash flow, bank/merchant matters, Journal Entries etc

To liaise and communicate with party related to resolve any issues / discrepancies.

Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.

(successful candidate will be assigned to either APor AR or GL team)

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma or equivalent..

At least 1-2 years of working experience

Experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.

Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitasking in a fast-paces environment, has a good sense of responsibility, detailed with excellent problem-solving skills and independently with minimum supervision.

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Work closely with other teams within organization

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
