Position: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible on testing installations and systems and analysing data.
• Study specifications and functionality of electrical products (hardware and software) provided by the company.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to Technical Manager and Technical Department.
• Perform servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, configuration, modification, programming, maintenance, technical inspections and etc for all the electrical products provided by the company.
• Assist in providing technical training, briefing, support, explanation and information on the technicality and proper usage of products and equipment to customers.
• Communicate with suppliers on related technical supports, information and issues.
• Ensure validity of products and equipment’s calibration and modification.
• Perform quality assurance and sampling inspection for products and equipment.
• Communicate with third party calibrator and laboratory on related products calibration and testing services and issues.
• Responsible for conducting analysis, study and review for user manual, lab test report and quality control for products and equipment.
• Responsible in finding, recommending and providing solutions for technical problems, feedbacks.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or similar qualification.
• Fresh graduate – preferably 2 years of working experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, meticulous and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
