Responsibilities
TRULY ENAMOURED | Singapore | Full time |
About the role
Truly Enamoured is a luxury bridal boutique offering international designer gowns for rental and purchase. We are seeking a commercially minded manager to own service and coordination for all clients, daily transaction checks, scheduling and business analysis that informs commercial decisions.
Your purpose is to take these responsibilities off the CEO’s desk, delivering accurate work and resolving routine matters independently. You will be a hands-on individual contributor with authority to coordinate across sales, operations and finance, follow up on commitments and close issues through to resolution.
Client management and service
· Own service and coordination for every client, from initial enquiry and appointment booking through fittings, collection, return and after-sales care. Deliver prompt, personalised communication, with high-touch attention for high-net-worth and overseas clients.
· Oversee all client communication channels and own every request through resolution. Build effective relationships across sales, marketing, operations and finance; clarify responsibilities, secure timely responses and keep clients informed without repeated follow-ups.
· Maintain a complete view of each client’s appointments, payments, gown commitments and outstanding requests. Resolve concerns within agreed authority; escalate material complaints with facts, options and a recommendation. Ensure clear records and handovers.
Commercial and business analysis
· Extract, consolidate and validate data from finance, CRM, marketing, appointment and operations systems. Produce reliable weekly dashboards and monthly analysis, using consistent definitions and reconciling discrepancies at source.
· Analyse the enquiry-to-sale funnel, revenue, average spend, margins, discounts, cancellations, client retention, channel performance and gown utilisation. Segment by stylist, source, package and designer to identify drivers, bottlenecks and opportunities.
· Translate findings into recommendations on pricing, packages, marketing allocation, gown investment and staffing capacity. Prepare forecasts and scenarios, quantify trade-offs and track results after decisions. Improve workflows and automate recurring checks and reports.
Daily invoice and payment controls
· Review every invoice transacted each day for correct client and gown details, agreed prices, discounts, surcharges, payment terms, first-to-wear commitments and clear descriptions. Obtain corrections and retain an audit trail.
· Reconcile every daily receipt against bank or payment-platform records and the correct Zoho Books invoice. Distinguish rental or purchase payments from security deposits; account for fees, refunds and settlement timing.
· Track shortfalls, duplicate or unmatched payments and overdue balances. Assign an owner and deadline to every discrepancy and follow it through to resolution with finance and the relevant stylist.
· Confirm both the final balance and security deposit requirements are satisfied before recording Approved for Collection. Maintain independent finance approval for refunds, write-offs and reconciliation adjustments.
Complex calendar management and coordination
· Manage complex, interdependent calendars across clients, stylists, operations, seamstresses and gown availability. Align fittings with travel plans, wedding dates and alteration deadlines; verify readiness with every relevant department before confirming.
· Review calendars daily and look ahead to anticipate clashes, resource constraints and tight turnaround times. Resolve competing priorities, build in buffers and coordinate last-minute changes without overlooking their impact on clients or other departments.
· Use strong interpersonal skills to align all departments and clients on dates, responsibilities and deadlines. Confirm agreements, follow up firmly and tactfully, and maintain meticulous calendar records, reminders and handovers in the designated source of truth.
Experience and capabilities
· At least 8 years of relevant experience in luxury client services, private-client coordination, hospitality, business operations or a similar service environment, with evidence of independently owning complex workflows.
· Proven experience managing a full client portfolio and high-net-worth clients. Excellent English, active listening, tact and discretion; able to build trust, handle sensitive conversations and coordinate people with different priorities.
· Hands-on competence in invoice checking and payment reconciliation, combined with experience analysing commercial performance and recommending business actions supported by evidence.
· Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning, forecasting and scenario analysis. Able to explain what changed, why it matters and what action to take; dashboard or BI experience is advantageous.
· Proven complex calendar management, exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail. Able to influence across departments, manage client expectations, resolve competing priorities diplomatically and verify details without relying on the CEO for routine decisions.
Preferred experience
· Experience in luxury retail, bridal, jewellery, private healthcare or premium hospitality with international clients and appointment-based service.
· Familiarity with Zoho Books, Airtable, CRM systems, payment platforms and workflow automation.
