Job Information

• Working Hours: 5 days/week (2 off days per week, 11am-10pm, no split shift)
• At least 2 years experience in F&B
• Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn
• Salary will commensurate with experience

Job Scope

• Supervisor: Taking order, preparing basic food items (soup/toast/drinks), serving food, clearing tables & general restaurant upkeeping. Guide & Conduct Training for junior colleagues. Has some Supervisory experience.
• Management Trainee: You will assessed on your work performance, job competencies, work attitude & suitability to be promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager role after 6 months of training.
• Assistant Restaurant Manager: You will lead the outlet under your charge to deliver excellent customer service and dining experience. Maintain outlet service quality & display good customer relation skills. Ensure food quality & presentation are up to standard & manage service recovery. Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting & queue management skills. Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign & delegate duties among staffs. Plan outlet schedule & deployment. Manage staff discipline & performance issues. Execute outlet administrative duties & management reporting. Maintain restaurant hygiene & upkeep. Achieve sales target & manage maintenance, labour & food costs
