Catering SalesCoordinators oversee all aspects of a catering operation, from the initialclient contact to the successful completion of the event.

They work closely withclients to understand their event needs, create suitable menus and serviceplans, and coordinate staff and resources to ensure client satisfaction.

Their duties andresponsibilities include:

·        Meeting with potential clients to discuss their catering needsand budget

·        Creating personalized menus and service plans for each client

·        Coordinating with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure thepreparation and presentation of food meet client expectations

·        Working with other departments such as marketing and logisticsto ensure successful events

·        Monitoring the execution of the event to ensure clientsatisfaction

·        Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during orafter the event

·        Processing client payments and maintaining accurate financialrecords

·        Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeatbusiness

·        Developing sales strategies to attract new clients and increaserevenue

Ordering necessary suppliesand managing inventory
