Job Description
- Manage daily order-to-cash activities to support accurate and timely financial processing.
- Review transaction records and resolve issues to maintain reliable account information.
- Coordinate work across relevant finance activities to keep tasks on track and records complete.
- Monitor open items and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely closure.
- Prepare clear updates on order-to-cash activity for internal stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to strengthen workflow accuracy.
- Maintain organised documentation to support consistent financial reporting.
A successful 'Otc - Analyst > Team Lead' should have:
- Practical capability in order-to-cash processes and related finance activities.
- Experience reviewing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to investigate account issues and follow through on required actions.
- Confidence coordinating finance tasks and keeping daily work organised.
- Ability to prepare clear operational updates using accurate information.
- A practical approach to improving finance processes and documentation.
- Permanent employment contract.
- Salary range of MYR 60000 to MYR 120000.
