Our client is an established multinational investment organization. As part of its continued growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its Private Equity and international businesses, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive effective people practices across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will support HR Business Partnering across the Private Equity business and international markets, working closely with business leaders and regional HR teams on key people priorities.

You will play an integral role in driving annual compensation and performance review cycles, talent management, succession planning and workforce-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will partner closely with country HR teams to coordinate regional HR processes, consolidate workforce data and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions. In addition, you will contribute to employee engagement, HR operations and broader people initiatives, ensuring consistency and effective execution across the international business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8–10 years of HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience, preferably within a regional or multinational environment. Prior exposure to Private Equity, investment management or financial services will be highly advantageous, alongside strong experience in compensation reviews, performance management and talent processes.

You should possess strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail and proficiency in HR data analysis. The successful candidate is commercially minded, resourceful and comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities across international markets.
