Full Time RPA Analyst - Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Technology Bucket (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support RPA bot operations during production hours.
• Execute manual processes when automated systems require intervention.
• Provide standby support during production system maintenance windows.
• Conduct comprehensive UAT for RPA implementations across different milestones.
• Execute test scenarios and validate robot functionality against business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain UAT step-by-step guides for various RPA processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for RPA workflows.
• Develop user guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for RPA processes.
• Prepare master listings and completion reports for RPA milestones.
• Identify, log, and track RPA-related issues and system bugs.
• Coordinate with development teams on production issues and resolutions.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for RPA operational problems.
• Liaise with business users to understand RPA requirements and issues.
• Provide training and support to end users on RPA processes.
• Communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay current with RPA technology trends and best practices.
• Support evaluation of new RPA tools and technologies.
• Participate in knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum requirement).
• Professional certifications in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) advantage.
• ITIL Foundation certification (advantage).
• Basic understanding of process automation concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of insurance/takaful business operations (advantage).
• Knowledge of general insurance processes (Motor, Property, Marine, etc.) (advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good documentation and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience with RPA tools or process automation (advantage).
• Experience in software testing, UAT, or quality assurance (advantage).
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Redmine) (advantage).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
