Full Time Business Development Manager (3PL) Jobs, in PERSOL APAC Japan Desk - Maukerja

Our client, a well-known logistics company is looking for candidates for the position of Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development activities and actively acquire new customers in Singapore and the region.
• Identify and develop opportunities with companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing-related clients, particularly in sectors such as Semiconductors, Electronics & Electronic Components, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, Medical Devices, Precision Engineering
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and account development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales/business development experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industry.
• Proven experience developing business with manufacturing-sector clients.
• Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in new customer acquisition.
• Experience handling customers in industries such as Semiconductor, Electronic Components, Manufacturing Equipment, Medical Devices, Industrial Products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development activities.
