1. Plan, devise and implement production schedule for the spice processing operation.

2. Plan, Devise and implement maintenance program for production equipment,

3. Grade and Blend spices based on spice characteristics.

4.Set up spice processing machine for the specific grind operation.

5. Monitor spice quality during spice processing at each stage.

6. Monitor the ground spices for fineness, aroma and essential oil volatility using sensory perceptions.

7. Clean and maintain spices processing equipment.

8. Work shift operations.

9. Tabulate production hours, machine time, product utilized and product output.
