Job Summary
You will coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, supervise departmental activities, and ensure accurate handling, storage, and quality control of food products to support smooth delivery and inventory management.
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to plan and execute daily operational activities
Assign and communicate daily schedules for local logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Review daily sales and warehouse progress to monitor operational performance
Supervise all departmental activities to maintain workflow efficiency
Manage capacity for internal and external customers to optimize resource use
Oversee receipt of deliveries and verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming shipments
Ensure proper sorting of food items by type to maintain product organization
Plan and arrange cleaning and maintenance of appropriate storage areas to uphold hygiene standards
Prepare and handle day-to-day delivery and receiving documents accurately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of the food industry to support quality and operational standards
Flexibility to work any shifts, including split shifts and rotational weekly offs
