Our mission is to create access to high-quality early years childcare and education in Malaysia. We’re currently hiring an Early Years Educator for our childcare centre in Petaling Jaya. You’ll be working as part of a close-knit team to guide and care for children between the ages of 1 to 4. 

Who We’re Looking For

We know you want to work with children because you love helping children learn and grow. You are someone who is warm, nurturing, intelligent and curious and eager to give children the best possible start in life. 

You’ll be taking care of the children, observing them, documenting their learning, and setting up engaging play spaces. Under your care, children will thrive – developing a strong sense of self, growing in relationships, and learning and practising new skills.

Wonder Village adopts a unique approach to teaching and learning that emphasises curiosity, play and culturally specific experiences. You will have the freedom to be creative in your work and suit how the children learn best. Whether it’s hopping in a Grab to the nearby wet market, inviting a parent to share about their work or baking with our centre cook - wonder and learning is always happening. 

You Will Need

• The right to work in Malaysia
• A relevant diploma or degree (ECE degree not necessary)
• A passion for early childhood education and aligned values
• To be positive, adaptable and reliable
