JEYR VENTURES SDN BHD is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Intern to join our growing team.

This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, e-commerce and sales. You will work closely with our team to promote our products, create engaging content and assist with customer enquiries and sales activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field

• Interested in social media, marketing, content creation and sales

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative, responsible and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable creating video content when required

• No previous working experience required

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

• Shoot and edit short-form videos, Reels and product photos

• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Research current social media trends and generate new content ideas

• Assist with managing social media pages and posting schedules

• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with sales follow-ups

• Assist customers with product information and order enquiries

• Support online and in-store sales activities

• Update product listings on e-commerce platforms

• Assist with new product launches and festive campaigns

• Help maintain customer, order and basic sales records

• Perform basic marketing and administrative tasks when required
