Full Time Content Creator & Social Media Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Reproz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Design or related fields is an advantage.

• Experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.

• Familiar with Canva, XiaoHongShu, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Creative with a good eye for design, aesthetics and visual presentation.

• Willing to occasionally travel to showroom/project sites for content creation.

1. Social Media & Content Creation (Primary)

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

• Create engaging content related to:

• Interior design

• Custom cabinets

• Home renovation

• Before & after projects

• Project showcases

• Materials and products

• Customer testimonials

• Promotions and campaigns

• Take photos and videos at the showroom, project sites and company activities.

• Create and edit Reels / TikTok / short-form videos.

• Write engaging captions and develop new content ideas.

• Follow current social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.

• Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports.

2. Administrative & Personal Assistant Support  

• Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Manage documents, records, quotations and other company information.

• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

• Maintain spreadsheets and basic reports.

• Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials and documents.

• Conduct online research and gather information when required.

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

3. Sales / Telemarketing (Optional Bonus Opportunity)

• Candidates who are interested in earning additional income through sales will have the opportunity to:

• Follow up with potential renovation leads.

• Conduct basic telemarketing and WhatsApp follow-ups.

• Introduce interior design renovation and custom cabinetry services.

• Arrange appointments for the sales/design team.

• Earn additional incentives / commissions based on sales performance.

• Sales experience is not compulsory. Training and guidance will be provided
