About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an established company specialising in industrial products and engineering solutions, RIHGA is currently seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive (Outdoor Sales) to support business expansion across Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting industrial product solutions and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with outdoor sales experience in fasteners, cathodic protection, cable support systems, hardware or related industrial sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities throughout Malaysia.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, customer visits, presentations and business meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to secure orders.
• Identify new market segments and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery and fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and activity reports.
• Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, customer visits and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant sales and marketing experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, field sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop new accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, resourceful and capable of working independently.
• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Malaysia.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
