• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

• Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when required for sales activities and events.

• Possess own transport and a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9.00 am to 5.30 pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell vehicles to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through various channels, including walk-ins, social media, live streaming, and prospecting activities.

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

• Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills to convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

• Develop and execute creative sales strategies to generate leads and increase vehicle sales.

• Participate in roadshows, vehicle displays, promotional campaigns, canvassing activities, and vehicle launch events.

• Conduct daily sales prospecting and follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, product features, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

• Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
