Job Summary

Track the effectiveness of implemented improvements and report actual productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated digital records of cleaning schedules, site information, checklists, and service reports to ensure accurate operational tracking
• Ensure proper document control and version management for operational SOPs and reporting templates to maintain compliance and consistency
• Prepare client presentations, operational performance reviews, and service improvement proposals to support business development and client engagement
• Organize and maintain a database of site performance records and historical operational information for easy retrieval and analysis
• Support management with operational and analytical assignments to enhance decision-making and process improvements
• Conduct on-site training and troubleshoot mobile applications to ensure smooth technology adoption and user support
• Coordinate effectively with cleaners, supervisors, management, and clients to facilitate seamless operations and communication
• Travel between project sites across Singapore to oversee operations and provide on-ground support as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations coordination, data analysis, facilities management, or cleaning services
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Experience with Power BI, reporting dashboards, or digital workflow applications to support data visualization and reporting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage tasks independently and collaboratively
