Student Management Support Officer | Primary School (Great World)

Salary: $150/day (approx. $3,250/month)
Contract: 1 year (Nov 2026 – Nov 2027)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm (1-hour lunch; 35 hours/week)
Excludes weekends, Public Holidays, HBL days and school holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Support student management cases and follow-ups.
• Gather student statements and clarify incidents.
• Facilitate student reflection during class suspension.
• Supervise students during assigned service work.
• Support student apologies and reconciliation where appropriate.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain proper records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Principal.

Job Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Youth Work preferred.
• Experience working with children or youths is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Patient, calm and professional when handling student matters.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
