to keep event operations organised, support on-site staff, and make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack-down!

What you'll do

• Set up, coordinate and pack down events with the team
• Coordinate staff schedules, event materials and daily operations
• Support promoters and event teams on-site
• Monitor event progress and report updates to the manager
• Help solve on-the-ground issues and keep the team organised
