Full Time Sales Representative (Inside) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in PURICARE PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Sales Enquiries

Handle incoming sales enquiries via telephone, email and WhatsApp.

Respond to customers' questions about products, pricing and services.

Prepare and send quotations.

Follow up on pending quotations and prospective customers.

Convert sales enquiries into confirmed orders.

Customer Service

Attend to existing customers' enquiries and requests.

Handle customer feedback and complaints.

Coordinate delivery, installation and servicing arrangements.

Maintain good customer relationships.

Sales Administration

Process sales orders and update customer records.

Submit monthly sales reports and maintain enquiry records.

Coordinate with Accounts and Operations departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing emails.

Sales Performance

Follow up on sales leads.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

Requirement :

O/A/Nitec in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or relevant discipline

Min 1-2 relevant working experience. Fresh Entry who are keen learner are welcome

Possess good communication & customer service skillset

Bilingual in MS office/Team/Outlook

Multi-tasking, initiative and able to work independent with minimum supervision

Remuneration :

Basic Salary + Incentive
