Student Recruitment Executive (Sales & Marketing)

City University Malaysia is hiring a results-driven sales professional for our Student Recruitment Team at our Petaling Jaya (PJ) Campus. You will handle front-end B2C sales, school outreach, and enroll prospective students.What You Will Do

• Hit Sales Targets: Secure at least five (5) successful student enrollments per month.
• Sales Counseling: Convert prospects via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face sessions.
• School Outreach: Visit secondary schools to deliver career talks and collect high-intent leads.
• Field Travel: Represent the university at education fairs and roadshows (team carpooling provided).
• Lead Generation: Create promotional social media content to drive organic inbound sales.
• Campus Events: Close warm leads during campus Open Days, Info Days, and tours.

What We Need

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in higher education sales, student recruitment agencies, or fast-paced B2C sales.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge: Familiar with local education pathways and entry requirements.
• Mobility: Comfortable with seasonal travel. (Own transport is a plus; company carpooling is available for long-distance travel).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Mindset: Target-driven and resilient under monthly quota pressures.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
