Full Time Executive, Landscape Jobs, in Sime Darby Property Selangor - Maukerja

Job Purpose

Responsible in managing, monitoring and assisting manager on all landscape developments throughout the townships in the Business Unit. Scope from Initial planning, budgeting, approvals, tender, award, implementation/construction to maintenance/DLP/CMGD phase of the landscape development.

Job Responsibilities

• Study, prepare and control the main landscape budget for the business unit.
• Advise and seek approval for the main landscape budget. (BPC) Give inputs and advise on landscape matters MLP development of townships.
• Seek, request, and recommend landscape consultants to be appointed in any developments.
• Secure internal and external approval of any landscape development. Internal meaning the “Special Landscape Presentation Meeting”/DRM and External meaning approvals from relevant authorities such as local PBT.
• Reviewing and processing all documents needed to call tender for landscape projects which include reviewing of detail design, tender drawings and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement meet award timeline.
• Implement all awarded landscape projects from Site possession phase, CPC, DLP till CMGD phase.
• Ensuring quality, cost and time set by the company are met in all the development phases. Ensuring all requirements and threshold of internal and external parties are met in every development.
• Coordinating and managing with internal department (TCS) on handing over of landscape areas to local authorities.
• Build and maintain a good rapport with local authorities.
• Seeking update and advise from Main Infra & Landscape HQ for newest updates and requirements.

Education/Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) of Landscape Architecture

Professional Experience

Min 3-4 years’ experience in related fields
