Full Time Planner Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in SILTRONIC SILICON WAFER PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Create production orders and execute lots in SAP. Ensure that production can start and produce without interruptions.

• Manage ingot inventory, including monitoring ingot stock level, ingot late shipment, ingot safety stock, ingot block/unblock in SAP, ingot loading priority, and ingot delivery co-ordination with forwarders.

• Provide shipment commit to internal Order & Service team based on standard lead time.

• Manage partial merges in order to minimize partial storage and prevent obsolescence.

• Manage product downgrade, which includes raising of Edit Note (EN)/ Product change request and working with production on salvaging reject wafers.

• Manage rework, which includes rework lot back to original product and downgrade after approval by line engineer.

• Execute and coordinate return orders, rework activation as well as product changes. Liase with shipping, QA and production in order to define and activate necessary actions.

• Execute future holds to split excess and manage the lot without demand and ingot without demand.

• Work with respective departments to resolve CofC or other data issues for meeting On time shipment.

• Plan and coordinate the loading of test wafers.

• Manage and execute wafer and ingot scrapping if no more demand.
  

 Job Requirements:  

• Engineering or technical Diploma

• Knowledge of logistic processes and systems like Workstream, SAP, reporting tools

• High level of PC skills

• Team management
