Key Responsibilities:
Gain exceptional breadth of exposure by supporting the planning and execution of key business initiatives across departments — seeing firsthand how strategic decisions are made and implemented

Put on multiple hats by assisting in daily operations across HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop a truly comprehensive and commercially grounded understanding of the business

Develop a keen analytical eye by preparing clear, compelling reports and presentations that give management the data and clarity they need to make confident, informed decisions

Monitor key performance indicators daily and proactively surface opportunities to improve operational efficiency, business outcomes, and team performance

Coordinate communication seamlessly between internal teams and external partners to keep every project and deliverable consistently on track

Participate actively in high-level meetings, track critical action items with rigour, and ensure timely and thorough follow-ups across all business functions

Support strategic planning, budgeting, and business reporting processes that directly shape the trajectory and growth of the organisation

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuine interest in business strategy, operations, and leadership

Driven, highly adaptable, and ready to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
