Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Follow up on customer requests and cases
Maintain service quality and achieve KPI targets
Attend training and apply product/process knowledge effectively
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with call centre/customer service experience are added advantage
