Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day order-to-cash activities to support accurate and timely financial processing.
  • Coordinate work across the Accounting & Finance department to maintain clear task ownership and delivery timelines.
  • Review order-to-cash transactions and records to improve accuracy and resolve processing issues.
  • Monitor outstanding work and prioritise activities to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clarify transaction details and address operational queries.
  • Prepare clear updates on order-to-cash activities, progress and issues for relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify practical process improvements that help strengthen consistency across order-to-cash work.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Team Lead, OTC (Thai/Vietnamese/Khmer/Burmese/Indonesian) Should Have

  • Ability to lead order-to-cash activities within an Accounting & Finance function.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes and transaction handling.
  • Ability to review financial records carefully and resolve processing discrepancies.
  • Confidence in coordinating priorities and managing work to agreed timelines.
  • Clear communication skills for working with internal stakeholders on operational matters.
  • Ability to identify and implement practical improvements to financial processes.
  • Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.
