Full Time Quantity Surveyor (3c2xkR) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Erast Pte Ltd North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a company specialising in construction, plumbing and sanitary services in Woodlands. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, offering a basic salary plus bonus. The role involves supporting tender preparation, project cost management, progress claims, and commercial coordination for plumbing and sanitary projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare tender submissions, including bills of quantities, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and related documentation.
• Examine tender drawings and material specifications to identify project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate submissions of plumbing and sanitary plans, shop drawings, and supporting documents.
• Compile and submit monthly progress claims and variation orders (VOs), and support the finalisation of project accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related and commercial matters.
• Assist with purchasing activities and inventory management to support project operations.
• Handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably involving plumbing and sanitary works.
• Proficiency in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively within a team.
