Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytical, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Proficient in Power BI, AX & ERP systems
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Perform Bill of Materials (BOM) data entry and verification across Microsoft Dynamics AX and ERP testing environments
- Reconcile cost and data discrepancies between AX and ERP systems
- Generate basic costing reports and assist in preparing presentation materials for internal use
- Support complex cost comparison and variance analysis
- Assist in developing familiarity with standard costing structures, cost flows, and system logic
- Collaborate with various departments to gather, validate, and cross-check operational and cost-related data
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date costing records and documentation
- Provide general support to the Costing team on daily operational tasks
