Job Summary

Manage customer accounts to deliver high-quality toolsets and services that meet client needs, support sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive relationship building and effective sales support.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts by responding promptly to sales enquiries and delivering appropriate toolsets and services to meet customer requirements and ensure excellent end-product outcomes
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and proactively identify new sales opportunities or accounts
• Maintain strong after-sales service to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and successful application of solutions
• Monitor and maintain customers’ creditworthiness to support healthy business continuity
• Gather and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Perform day-to-day sales administrative duties accurately and efficiently to support smooth operations
• Collaborate with Headquarters on marketing activities and campaigns to promote company equipment and solutions
• Liaise with customers on order status and delivery updates to ensure timely and smooth project implementation
• Support the Head of Sales Department in achieving annual sales targets through coordinated efforts
• Work with Japan Sales Support and the technical team to prepare RFQs, quotations, and proposals that align with customer expectations
• Maintain cost-effective operations within the sales section to contribute to overall company profitability
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on payment collection to ensure timely closure of transactions
• Implement plans and directives assigned by higher management to achieve company goals and objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree qualification (as stated: "Candidates should possess at least a Degree")
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a B2B background

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proactive work approach with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Effective team player with good communication, documentation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
