We are seeking a Research Analyst to conduct market and social research, analyse information, identify trends, and prepare reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and social research using publicly available sources, surveys, and stakeholder inputs.
Collect, organise, and analyse data to identify market trends, audience insights, and business opportunities.
Prepare research reports, data summaries, tables, and presentation materials.
Conduct competitor analysis and gather relevant industry information.
Support data-driven marketing initiatives and user acquisition activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track research assignments and deliverables.
Maintain accurate research records, documentation, and databases.
Assist with project coordination and provide insights to support business strategies.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, or a related discipline.
Experience in market research, data analysis, social research, or business research.
Strong analytical, organisational, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Knowledge of digital marketing and recruitment research would be an advantage.
