Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage warehouse DO and courier systems
Coordinate daily shipments and deliveries
Process and prepare e-commerce orders
Monitor stock movement and inventory
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and outlets
Liaise with couriers, suppliers and internal teams
Assist with stock receiving and inventory checks
