We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. The Junior Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to café standards.

• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.

• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.

• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

• Assist senior baristas or supervisors during peak hours.

• Educate customers on menu items and recommend beverages.
