Shortstay Operator

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and handle guest inquiries, reservations, bookings, and customer service matters, ensuring a positive guest experience and prompt resolution of issues.

2. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of homestay units to ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

3. Handle accounts and administrative tasks, prepare and submit daily operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Conduct weekly inspections of homestay properties within the Kuching/Sarawak area. Ensure homestay units are maintained in good condition and meet company standards.

5. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract customers and maximize homestay occupancy.

6. Any ad hoc works as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

· Responsible, reliable, and possess a positive working attitude.

· Responsive, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

· Familiar with online marketing platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

· Knowledge of online homestay booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, *************, Agoda, etc.) will be an added advantage.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Able to travel within the Kuching/Sarawak area when required.

Pay: RM400.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
